How to create a new mandatory checklist in Workforce Management

Create a new checklist from the Workforce Management and make it mandatory.

 

When you open up your Workforce Management and select a Service call, the widget on the right hand side displays a new item called Checklists:

 

Click on the plus on the top right of the checklist and then add a checklist, you want to add to the assignment for the technician to complete.

 

Note that you also have the ability to mark it as mandatory:

Once saved this will be on the assignment for the technician to fill in without having to select it him/herself.
