 It is not possible to download or add the coresuite licenses to the coresuite Administration.

Troubleshooting steps/tips

1. Open the coresuite Administration -> Change to the tab "licenses" -> Press the "Download licenses" licenses.

Expected

The licenses are downloaded and saved correctly in the coresuite administration

Result

The licenses are not appearing or the downloaded licenses are not saved in the coresuite administration.

Solution

Download the license file from the Parnter Portal and import the license file manualy into the coresuite administration.
