Issue description
When user creates a New Menu entry with Customize and specifies the Position value to have the New Menu item displayed in a specific order to other menu entries, the menu item is placed lower than the specified position.
Reproducing the issue
Scenario
1. Create a New Menu with Customize as follows:
2. Create a Layoutdefinition with Designer as follows:
3. Restart SAP Business One/Coresuite and expand the Sales - A/R menu section:
Actual results
Menu positions 6 and 7 are not followed: Layoutdefinition of Designer is placed correctly, but New Menu of Customize skips one position:
Expected results
The two menu items shall follow each other.
