Issue description
When opening the "Effort Overview" window from the service call form, the efforts are not shown in the "Journal" tab.
Reproducing the issue
Scenario
1. Open a service call that has one or more linked efforts and navigate to the "Effort" tab.
2. Double-click an effort, or right-click within the form and select "coresuite time" → "Effort Overview".
3. The "Journal" tab is opened, but no efforts are displayed automatically.
Actual results
Related efforts are not displayed automatically in the "Journal" tab.
Expected results
Related efforts are displayed automatically in the "Journal" tab.

Third-party issue
Solution
As a workaround, press the "Apply" button in the left pane of the "Effort Overview" window to refresh and display the related efforts.
