Issue Description
If you have entered all the proxy information in the cloud connector including the Domain the Proxy server belongs, user name and password and you are still having connections issues please follow this FAQ to enter the Domain information in the coresuite cloud connector service Properties. This issue can also arise when using Microsoft ISA servers.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check to see if you have properly filled out the form below. If you still are having connectivity issues please read on
Solution
- Open the Services window (go to run and type "services.msc").
- Right click on “coresuite cloud connector” and select Properties.
- Select the “Log On” tab.
- Select Log on as “This Account” and fill in the appropriate user name and password for the domain.
5.Click "Apply" then "Ok".
6. Run through the cloud configuration again and only fill in the Proxy Server address and port fields.
You should now be able to connect to the Proxy Server and complete the coresuite cloud connector configuration.
