Fee-based support

If you request support by email or telephone, we open a ticket and address your problem immediately. Such support requests received by our professional staff are subject to a fee. Our support team will also invoice you for expenses if the product in question is installed on a system that does not meet the system requirements. Support that is required due to errors in our products is, of course, free of charge.

Submitting requests via the help desk

You can submit support requests and view their processing status online at any time using our help desk. To allow us to provide the best possible service, your request should contain as much information as possible:

  1. Product- and Module-Version 
  2. Log-Files
  3. Detailed issue description (incl. print screen)

Where to find answers free of charge

Don’t know what to do? Free tips and useful answers are available from this site or from our community forum. And you can answer most questions yourself by checking the manual or your customer documentation. These are available in the downloads area.
