Issue Description

You want to order the item list with your own ranking.

Solution

1) You need define a UDF in  SAP B1, go to menu bar: Tools -> Customization Tools -> User-Defined Fields Management -> Master Data -> Items -> Add

UDF tile: COR_CLOUD_ORDINAL

Description: Sort item

Type: Numeric

2) Fill in UDF value on Item Master Data (your sorting preference) -> update Item Master  Data
3) Once above steps are finished please wait for a minute. Then synchronize the iPad/iPhone again. The items with an ordinal number will show on top of the list and ordered ascending by the ordinals value.
