Dear Customers and Partners,
As you are aware we planned to enable and activate the Modal UI for all customers with the 2211 release. We are now extending the timeline until the 2305 release (scheduled for May 20, 2023, 09:00 a.m. CET), to allow customers to adapt their processes to the Modal UI.
What does this mean?
With release 2305 (scheduled for May 20, 2023, 09:00 a.m. CET):
- All customers will be automatically switched to the Modal UI without the possibility to rollback.
- The current UI for Service Call and Activity Details won't be supported anymore.
What benefits will this bring?
- Provides more intuitive access and an optimized workflow for viewing and managing information related to service calls and activities
- Allows the planner to have easier access to service call and activity without having the need to access sidebar to retrieve information
What is the ask?
We encourage you to adopt your processes and customizations to support the new Modal UI, and provide us with any feedback that will help us to make the transition seamless.
