SAP FSM - Change to Data Obsoletion that impacts Web Apps

Dear Customers and Partners,

As part of the update to Data Obsoletion scheduled tasks, SAP noticed that data marked as obsolete will also no longer appear in the web applications. SAP understands that in most cases this is not desired and that the focus of the data obsoletion rule is to reduce the data load on the mobile devices, where it has the most impact. 

SAP, therefore, plans to update the obsoletion rule so that the data that is marked as obsolete is not synced to the mobile devices but will still appear in the applications. This change is planned to come into effect by the 17th of June, 2021.
