This message is relevant for you if you are using Data Loader to upload/retrieve Business Partners from SAP Fields Service Management.
SAP is going to change the Data Loader template used to upload/retrieve business partners. The goal of the change is to align business partner "phones" fields with a backend data model and the Business Partner DTO. Starting from 12.01.2021 the Date Loader business partner template will follow the Business Partner DTO "phones" naming.
