SAP FSM - SAP Field Service Management upgrade to TLS 1.2

SAP Field Service Management is requiring an upgrade to TLS 1.2 in order to align with industry best practices for security and data integrity. 

Beginning April 1st 2021 SAP will disable TLS 1.0/1.1 encryption protocol in SAP Field Service Management Cloud Backend. Action is required prior to this date to prevent any disruption to your Production instance of SAP B1 Connector using TLS 1.0/1.1 connecting to SAP Field Service Management Cloud Backend.

From SAP B1 Connector version 7.0.2 and later, the TLS version used will be automatically applied. The TLS version that is applied is dependent on the Windows Server version in operation. More information can be found in the Servers section of the following guide.

Recommended Windows Server version: Windows Server 2012 R2 and above
