DI-API error in SAP B1 10 PL02 prevents use of FSM

SBO 10 Feature Package 2008 (SBO 10 PL03) released on the 11th of September 2020 introduced application errors incompatible with proper coresuite functioning.

We currently can not support FP 2008 (PL03) and strongly advice against upgrading to it.

SBO 10 Feature Package 2008 (SBO 10 PL03) was released on the 11th of September 2020 and fixes the above mentioned issue.

A newly found error in the DI API in SAP Business One 10 PL02 prevents the creation of activities with linked equipment in SAP Business One via the SAP FSM Cloud Connector. SAP has created SAP Note 2951334 for this issue. You can find the Note in the attachments.

Error description:
As soon as an activity is released in SAP Field Service Management, the connector tries to create an activity and link the equipment in SAP Business One . Due to the DI-API error, this is not possible and the activity remains blocked in the cloud.

Error message:
CServiceData::VerifyPropertyType failed; Type mismatch in property 'BuildingFloorRoom' of 'CustomerEquipmentCard

Due to this issue we strongly advise against upgrading to SAP Business One 10 PL02!
