Using Coresuite products with SAP Business One 10.0
The Early Adopter Care Program for SAP Business One 10.0 and SAP Business One 10.0, version for HANA started in November 2019.
The SAP Early Adopter Care is one of the SAP’s Market Introduction programs to influence and adopt SAP innovations throughout the product lifecycle. For SAP Business One, the SAP Early Adopter Care program replaces the former Ramp-Up program.
During the Early Adopter Care phase, the new SAP Business One version is available to install anywhere. For productive systems, SAP recommends participating in the Early Adopter Care program if you plan to implement SAP Business One 10.0 or SAP Business One 10.0, version for SAP HANA in a productive environment. This nomination process applies to SAP Business One only. There is no nomination process for Coresuite Products but in order for you to benefit from accelerated problem resolution and special attention from us, our installation files are only available upon request.

How can I benefit from accelerated problem resolution and special attention?
Please submit a request via helpdesk.coresystems.ch by adding [EAC_10.0] as the subject. Reported issues which are directly related to SAP Business One 10.0 only, will be prioritised by a special team.
What steps do I need to follow?
As SAP increased the security for working with SAP Business One, you should no longer use the sa (SQL) or SYSTEM (HANA) Database User when connecting the addon.
We recommend that you use an alternative Database User with the same level of privileges as the Database Users automatically created by SAP when installing or upgrading to SAP Business One 10.0. To help you to quickly create such a restricted Database User, we created the following FAQ: Scripts to Create restricted Database Users to provide you with the relevant scripts.
