Troubleshooting steps/tips

1. Proof if the resource has synchronized efforts to working time
2. If yes, proof the fieldsize of field SWA_CT_WORKTIME.U_Notes
3. If the fieldsize isn't memo, you found the error
 

Solution

1. Create a backup of the database
2. Create a backup field
3. Copy all data from the notes to the backup field
4. Remove the u_notes field
5. Create a new field u_notes
6. Copy the data from the backup field to u_notes
7. Proof copied data
8. Remove backup field
