**** Purpose of the customize rule ****This rule fills in the city field after entering the ZIP code.
****Requirements for this customize rule ****
The rule requires coresuite Version 3.40 or higher, and SAP Business One 8.8 or higher.
It also requires an Excel file with ZIP code information. The attached file only provides sample data - for copyright reasons we cannot include the complete file with ZIP information for the US.

1. Download the attached *.cocu file
2. Import in SAP Business One: view > Administration > Add-Ons > coresuite customize > Import / Export > Import rules. In the message box, select “All Active”. Click on “Import”
3. Import ZIP codes into SAP Business One. Go to Modules > Administration > Create Zipcode Table. After clicking this menu entry, customize adds the table, and the usual popup will appear: “Database Structure was changed…”.
4. After adding this table, you can deactivate or delete the new menu rule from customize. In order to do this, go to Administration>Add-ons>coresuite customize>Optimizer.
5. Open the menu entry “Administration > AddOns > coresuite customize > Import > Import Excel rows to UDT”, choose the correct table “CUST_ZIP”, select the Excel file and let it run. The attached file contains a small sample of ZIP codes. You can purchase a complete list in the internet from a variety of vendors, just make sure you reformat to make it look like the attached file.
Hint: Importing large files is always problematic and can on occasion cause the system to crash. A possible solution is to desactivate the checkbox “Rollback on error” and import it until it crashes. Then, check in the DB which was the latest successfully imported entry. Delete the successfully imported ones from the Excel and Re-import the file again until it crashes. Then the same again, until everything is imported.
