[font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Sometimes it is necessary to use customer information like address or other contact information outside of SAP. Users need to copy / paste the street, the ZIP code and city separately, which is time consuming.[/font]

[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]A small rule, working with coresuite customize from the coresuite country package, creates a function button on the business partner form to export relevant data to the clipboard. Helpful in many cases of the daily work and easy to adapt.[/font]

The rule requires coresuite Version 3.40 or higher, and SAP Business One 8.8 or higher.
[color=#282828]**** Procedure to use the customize rule ****[/color]

1. Download the attached *.cocu file

2. Import in SAP Business One: view > Administration > Add-Ons > coresuite customize > Import / Export > Import rules. In the message box, select “All Active”. Click on “Import”

[color=#282828]3. To check the rule in action, open the Business Partners form. In the bottom of the form, click on the functions button and choose copy BP data to clipboard. You can now paste the data into another document, outside of SAP. Attached is a screen capture.[/color]
