Bring into Purchase Quote only selected lines from Sales Quote

Solution Overview:

The following customize rules added a function button on purchase quote and allows the ability to open a form with list of sales quote

The list can be refreshed by selecting a the relevant name of SAP sql query in the condition combobox.
When highlighting specific sales quote the right side grid will show the content lines/items of the sales quote with checkboxs.

by selecting.checking the needed checkboxes and clicking on the "Select" button, the selected item codes will be copies to the Purchase quotation.



Structure:

• Function button to open the selection form (COR:Select from Sales Q:001:Open form)


• Optimizer rule to refresh the grid with the selected sap query name in the combobox (COR:Select from Sales Q:002:refresh cmb)


• Optimizer rule to refresh Items/grid after selecting a sales quote on the left grid (COR:Select from Sales Q:003:select SQ)


• Optimizer rule to copy selected items to purchase quote (COR:Select from Sales Q:004:Copy Items to PQ)

Usage:

- import customize rules cocu file

- import layouts with the sample sap queries.
