Coresuite: can not connect to the database

Hi there

We have a problem with the coresuite, which is not able to connect to the database while starting up.

There's following error messsage: "Can not connect to the database..." and something about a timeout and an error in handshake. (see attachment).

After this we have to type in the sql service account password and then it works. But everytime i want to restart the coresuite or debug an addon, the message appears.

We are using SBO 9.0 PL 07 (32-bit) and the newest coresuite packages (4.10....).

Please give me advice.
