How to move a first UDF on User New Tab (Pane/Folder) for document with Customize New Items?

Hi guys,

I added a new tab (folder) on a Sales Order with UI Configuration template and I want to move a UDF with "Coresuite Customize: New Items" but this one requires a reference field while it is the first UDF that I will deposit .
Also, is there a way to add a new tab with Customize, without using code?
