Dashboards Widget was not registered for user ...

Hi all

I have run into this issue on a user for 8.82 PL10 (SAP) and Coresuite Country 3.7.

coresuite Dashboards Widget was not registered for user since the coreshite accounting module is the correct version or not active.

Where should I check for this?

Hi Jeff,

You can check in SAP Business One under

> Adminstartion > Add-Ons > coresuite Administration > Administration 

1. Tab License management: Does the affected user have a license assigned for the coresuite accounting module?

2. Tab Global module configuration: Is the coresuite accounting module set to Active (Is active = Yes)?

3. Tab User module configuration: Is the coresuite accounting module for the affected user set to Default or Active (Always)?

If you check those 3 points and restart coresuite the Dashboard Widget should start automatically. Also notice that you will need flash player to view the dashboards.
