Display account number in states accounting
Delphine TERRIN
hello, we have a problem in some display account number in the balance: the account name appears but a cross replaces certain account number. We have set ourselves the accounts of the accounting system without changing the original titles in the chart of accounts.
We believe this is not a problem of size or number of parameters.
Thank you for your help

Hi Delphine,Since I have never seen this behavior, could you answer some questions:
1. What localization are you using?
2. Are you using segmented accounts?
3. What version of coresuite accounting is installed?
4. What version of SAP B1 are you using (incl. PL)?
5. Which reports exactly are affected?
Please provide the full name of the Layout definition or at least the code, e.g. Balance Sheet - LD (FIN05402)
5. Are the same accounts displayed correctly in other reports?
6. could you attach a screenshot or PDF of the report or part of the report?
Thanks,
Friederike

Hi Delphine,we have come accross this issue again with another partner that was in contact with us in support. We investigated this issue in detail with the affected Database and found that the issue you describe occurs when the FormatCode and AccountCode (both from OACT) are not equal. We are not sure what causes for the two values not being the same (when no account segmentation is used), this you would need to follow up with SAP SBO Support.
On the other hand we will modify our Datasources for the coming version, and it will no longer matter if those values are equal or not. In the meanwhile, in such cases you can use AcctCode instead of AcctCodeDisp in your Layouts. Please check for CSPC-508 in the accounting changelog (http://www.coresystems.ch/releasenotes_en).
Kind regards,
Sonja
