Internal vs. External costs
I'm newby about Coresuite Time.
Our customer has Coresuite Time installed by a previous partner.
What's the difference between the Internal cost and the External cost shown in the General folder of Coresuite Time Project form?

If I save a new effort (via Time registration form)

both the internal and external costs are enhanced of the same quantity.

In which case only the internal cost is enhanced?
Is it possible to block the effort registration when the (effort duration + total project duration) is higher than the budget duration?
Please, can someone give me an answer about Coresuite Time?
