Condition - time limit of 20h on businesspartner

Hi all,
I wonder if there is a way to put some sort of limit or condition on a BP.
For instance a customer might buy 20 free hours a month, I would then like to put a limit on 20h on that customers so that I know when they are up.
In a perfect world I would like to have my first 20h go as not chargeable and all hours above as chargeable.
or I would like to set the limit of 20h so that no personel can book more than 20h on that BP
Any suggestions?
I've tried the special conditions, they can tell me if I'm on budget but it allows me to go beyond budget...not good :)

There is no function like that in standard available. There are easy possibilities to do such rules by using coresuite customize. For supporting you in that case please call our support team.
