Servicecall program blocks with coresuite time !!!

In the attachment i have explained when the servicecall programs blocks, when using coresuite time.
When i do a search on the servicecalls, i select one servicecall.
Then i click on the tabsheet 'Efforts'.
After this, i decide to add a new servicecall.
So i click on the add-button and i get a blank screen with a new servicecall-number.
I now want to select my customer.
Unfortunately, our customer has a balance problem and i get the message that he is out of balance.
I get a second time this warning screen.
After this the screen stays blocked !!!
When i do the same, but before pushing the add-button, i go to the 'general tab', i don't have this problem anymore !!!
Can coresystems solve this problem please ?

There was a bug on side of SAP had exactly this behaviour. Which Patchlevel do you use?
