Coresuite time in Vista

Hello,
I have Vista business sp1 (EN); .NET 1.1; .NET 3.5 sp1;
SAP B1 2007A (8.00.177) SP:00 PL:38;
coresuite time 1.28179 (SWA_CT.sip 27.3.09)
All the coresystem modules starts, but not the coresuite time.
what can i do/check ?

Start-->Execute-->%temp%-->ENTER-->coresuiteDebogLog.xml
