How to book internal time w/o making effort type

Hi,
how can i book internal time for example "internal education" without connecting it to an effort type because effort types needs an item code. Or is there a workaround for ?

For every effort you need an effort type. To define an îtem code on every effort type is not mandatory. It is only mandatory, if you want to invoice this kind of effort types.
