Email Outgoing Payments to Vendors after Payment Wizard Run

Hello,

I have a requirement to email outgoing payments to vendors that are linked to a payment wizard run. The client doesn't want the system to automatically email the vendors after a payment run. Instead, they'd like to click a button to send the emails. 

How can i achieve this?
