Run Function as differnt User

Hello,

is it somehow possible to Change the current user in a function? e.g. run a function button always as 'manager'.

Background:

I Need to Change some Values of fields (sap Standard field) that are locked for all user but Manager.

Or ist there perhaps a method like ...setValueWithoutValidation for SAP fields (title - not grid).

I'd appreciate if someone out there has a Suggestion on that Topic.
