Create Type:Label only in form

Hi there,

A bit of a newbie question. How can i create an label only item on a form. Specifically, I am trying to add a section header on the General Tabon the Item Master Data form. The example would be the "Serial and Batch Numbers" label on this same tab.

The goal here is to group relevant fields together on the same tab.
