Create activities after save documents

Hi,



we would like to create a business partner related activity (with attachment (PDF)) when we save a document like invoice, service call or quotation.

So when we have done this we can see it on our mobile device with coresuite mobile



We already imported the BUP:0015: Create activity on Batch Printing rule for coresuite customize.



Maybe someone can help or have a suggestion ?

Hi George



Make sure you are using your layout code in the rule (it's preconfigured tom use the standard din which is T000008)

It's just as easy as adding the tag "create_act" to the corresponding document in the printdefinition.

Hi George,



when I'm getting it right, you have to put the LayoutID (in your case U0000047) in the FormType of the customize rule. In your screenshot there is the T0000008 defined as FormType.

@paolo no message, no rule fired

@daniel i put the layout ID as you said in the Form Type in the customize rule but this takes no effect
