Dear Forum Members,regrettfully i have to recognize that the Support from the Coresuite-Team in this Forum is nearly dead. Since weeks no moderator answered any questionts of this Members. I know that there is no guarantee for quick answers and a good support-time in the Forum. But i think after a few days, a moderator should answer the questions.
What did you think? Are you satisfiy this the Support in this forum?

mit Bedauern muss ich feststellen, dass der Support des Coresuite Teams in diesem Form nahezu tot ist. Seit Wochen hat kein Moderator mehr die Fragen der Mitglieder beantwortet.Ich weiß, dass es keine Garantie für schnelle Antworten und eine gute Reaktionszeit im Forum gibt. Aber ich denke, nach ein paar Tagen sollte man eine Antwort eines Moderators erwarten können.
Was denkt ihr darüber? Seid ihr mit dem Support in diesem Forum zufrieden?

Ich muss Dir, Sebastian, recht geben.Hier war die Reaktionszeit von Coresystems schon besser und ich hoffe, dass dies auch wieder besser wird.

Hallo Adrian,it is difficult to use this forum as a community plattform, because the users do not have enough information and can not get those informations as, lets say out of a C# Forum. Because there are hundreds of Books about C# and SQL and so on. But nearly no one about SAP Business One and realy no one of Coresuite. And the Coresuite Manual is good for the beginning, but don't answer questions for advanced users.
But don't you wish satisfied customers which using your software with pleasure? This is only possible if they can handel the software and if they can play with it. And for that, they need informations and examples which they can rebuild and make them able to build their own programms.
Out of that an answer in the forum answered one guy a spezific question for the same costs of time as if the support answer this question. But also it answered ten other people a question which have a similar issue and gives twenty others ideas for their programms.
So i think, a good support of the forum is VERY importend to ensure that the customers are satisfied!
