Accounting menu not visible/ datasource not found

Hello,
I installed the Coresuite Benelux Country package on a server (sbo 8.8 PL20)

I downloaded all Coresuite software via automatic updates.

For the manager I installed:

- Coresuite Designer

- Coresuite Customize

- Coresuite Enterprise Search

- Coresuite Accounting

- Coresuite widgets
For those modules I assigned the license to the user manager.
After installation I don't get the Coresuite accounting reports and the service reports. When I tick the box in SBO settings from the main menu, those menuitems doesn't seem to be saved. When I press preview on any of the Financial reports I get the error:

Data Source with path FIN.xxxxx not found etc.
Checked and tried following things:

- If accounting license is assigned to manager. This was the case.

- If module is active for the user. This was the case.

- Reinstall all (layouts, packages, printdefs, parameters etc) but this didn't solve the problem.

- Deleted the Coresuite database. When loging in again a new database was created. Same problem with accounting.
Can someone please help me to get the accounting module fixed?

Hi Thijs,
I see in the log that there are issues creating the user fields for coresuite accounting. Since I have never seen this error and it is related to the database, please open a support ticket with coresystems, so we can check the system in an online meeting. In the ticket we would need the following information:

* current SAP Business One Version and Patch Level

* current coresuite accounting and framework version

* attached debug log (same as attached here)

Before please also test the following:

* When starting coresuite make sure no other users are connected to the database.

* When starting coresuite make sure you are using a super user.

* Is it possible to manually create User defined fields on Chart of accounts in SAP Business One?
Please also include the results of the tests in the ticket.

Hallo, Wir haben das selbe Problem, jedoch keinen Error im Log-File.

Wir sind auf 3.30, sowie 8.81 PL10 SP01.



Der einzige Eintrag im Log der nach warnung oder fehler aussieht:

<description>coresuite designer : swa_ld_packagebase_ldpack.xml validated against DB...</



Kann uns da jemand helfen?

Ebenfalls alles versucht: Temp gelöscht, Neuinstallation, Freigaben auf Ordner etc.
