Optimizer - Trigger on MenuUID

Hi All,

I was wondering if there was a way to trigger an optimizer rule based on the MenuUID of some items.

I.e. trigger a set of rules when clicking on the Print button while users are on documents.

My aim would be to check which form was active when the user clicked on the Print button to perform some customized actions, such as sending fax and email for some customers.

Let me know if you have an idea or any alternatives.

As soon as you are using our coresuite country package you can use coresuite designer for all your printing/emailing/faxing/pdf'ing - needs.
triggering layouts from a form is as easy as configure a printdefinition which reacts on this form and adding your layout to this printdefinition.
even the forms are customizable so you can put layouts also on your custom addons forms if you like.
advanced coresuite designer users can create scripts that autmatically creates for example an activity upon printing or emailing or ...
