Differences between VAT Report Account and VAT Report Code
Alessio Marzorati
Good morning,our environment is:
SAP Business One 2007 A SP01 PL05
coresuite version (see attachment: coresuite_versions.jpg)
SQLServer 2005
Windows 2003 Server
the VAT Report Account (FIN05415) and the VAT Report Code (FIN05414) don't show the same datas. Our analysis shown that the difference is in the
Journal Entry. Infact, the VAT Report Code (FIN05414) includes the JE movements, while the VAT Report Account (FIN05415) doesn't include the JE. You could see this in the two attachments: VAT by Account.jpg and VAT by Code.jpg
I'm not a financial account manager but is my opinion that the two reports are to shown the same data, in different ways, but the same, so I'm here to ask if this is an error?
Thanks in advance
Alessio

Geri Grenacher
Dear Mr. MarzoratiCan you test this difference with the standard SAP-Reports. The Reports you find here:
1. Financials > Financial Reports > Accounting > Tax > Tax Report
2. Financials > Financial Reports > Accounting > Tax > Tax Reconciliation Report
The coresuite layouts make the same SQL-Query like the standard Reports.
Kind Regards, Geri Grenacher
