French Accounting Reports empry !

Hello,
Most of french accounting reports are great and work fine.
However one of my customer has some problems with the two balances reports (FIN05543 and FIN05533) : there are empty, just the selectionned accounts appear in the upper of the document...
What's the matter ?
(my customer uses 2.50 / 1.93 / 2.01 and productive licences of course)

These reports are still empty.......
