Error in dunning wizard

Hi,
we have a big problem in Dunning letter (template 1.19):
We saw that when we select the 4th options ("print and terminate the dunning letters") in the step 6/6 of the wizard and then press the COMPLETE button, automatically the 3th option is selected ("Only execute, print and save after") !!!
Perhaps there is a bug in the step 6 window management...
The problem is that the report has not visualized and when we reopen the dunning wizard, the last dunning is not shown in the list but the document are marked as already dunned!
Can someone help us, please?
SAP support said to me it's a Coresuite bug.

Nice, SAP said us, we should install Patch 50 (SAP B1 2005A). But I'm not sure, if this is the same problem.
