Local settings problem

Hello,

We have a problem with one customer ho has changed the decimal point and the comma in SBO
When we use getdisplayvalue on a field wich is filled with the value 2 we actually read 2.000

Who has a quick solution ?

(dividing through 1000 is a solution but I'm hoping on a more elegant solution)
