ISR with more than 1 installment

Dear all,

Could you please explain me how we can manage ISR with more than 1 installement ?

My customer is with swisspayment version : 1.49255 SBO 2007 PL46

We make one invoice with multiple installements (With 042 code)
When receiving the first payment : OK invoice is till open
When receiving the second payment : Payment is rejected by Coresuite...

Can someone explain me why ?
Do I need to create ISR with amount ?

What does mean "Payment is rejected by Coresuite..."? Do you have a concrete message?
