Reports authorization

Hello,

I would like to know how to manage report access by the users. I found a solution by entering the list of authorized users directly in the Layout Definition, in users tab. Do we need to enter each user in all layouts for which we want to manage authorization or is it possible to manage it through B1 authorization, with user authorization for example?

Hello Etienne

You can work with the authorisation from SAP Standard but only over a the datasource groups (FIN, PUR, GEN, USR ... etc).

When you need an authorisation on even document you must work with tab in the layout definition.
