Error during sales quotation updating

Hello all,
my customer say me that from the last installation of coresuite, some time when he try to update the sales quotation he can't becouse of the error : "Table modified by another user " (QUT10)(ODBC - 2089) [Message 131-183]. I don't know if the problem regards some process of coresuite, but I write also to you, not only to SAP, becouse the customer say me that the error happens when he changes text using "reach text" behaviour.

The "rich text" - editor (= coresuite editor) which he probably means doesn't save anything back to database.
Look up for malicious scripts which update tablefields directly by sql.
