Message demoversion on productive version

Good afternoon,
our customer has a big issue, when any client prints any coresuite layout appear the following text in background: [color=]coresuite designer demo version 1.81
The customer has a productive version of coresuite designer for 20 users.
What we can do to remove the noisy message?
