Date TextFormat in week#'s?

Hi,
I am trying to display a date on a report using week numbers. There are several formats in the TextFormat option using different annotations but not in weeks. For instance date "01-12-08" should be displayed as "49". Is this possible or did anybody already try to find out? Thanks in advance,
