How to set document language in SBO 2007

Hello all,
I'm converting a sboo2004 in a SBO2007.
I can't find in master data of business partner information about the language of Business partner.
I have the same problem inside the document, I can't find where I can set the language of document.

I ask to coresuite, becouse I can't undestand where I have to set the language to print the report.

Did you enable Muoltilanguage in the General B1 Settings?
