layouts generated with the time app

Hello,
When a technician has finished a task, he can send a mail with the mobile app.

Is it possible to change the layout of that document? Is the layout in coresuite Designer?

Hi Mattias,

unfortunately no. The layout is generated on the mobile device and cannot be modified.
What you could do is that when the task is finished and sync with the backend system a customize rule creates a report (using designer) and send you back an email with the wished pdf. Eventually you can configure it on a way that the report is sent directly to the customer.
On the backend system you have all the flexibility provided by designer.
