Could not install Sip

During installation on one specific PC, I'm unable to complete the coresuite installation with the following error:

Could not install Sip: SWA_RTF.sip. Please check if no other process is running, the windows user has write access and restart coresuite to install this module again.

Message: Tempo limite expirou. O perodo de tempo limite esgotou-se antes da concluso da operao ou o servidor no est a responder.

I've already checked the FAQ's, and I'm pretty sure there's no other coresuite process running, as mentioned in the FAQ and the user has administration permissions...
Any help will be most appreciated...

Hi Augusto

If it's not another process it also can be an windows security setting.
Please check if you have enough rights in the programs folder.
