The balance for working time is not correct

Hi!
I had a look at my balance in coresuite time and it doesnt add up.
As you can see on my printscreen even though there is a debit and a credit transaction my balance is only adding a negative amount.
8h debit and 8h credit= 16h.
And suddenly it credits 0.75
We are synchronizing efforts and worktime.
