no access to all menu

Hello,
I'm facing problem to access to all the functionalities of coresuite Time.
the menu (called Time recording) gives me access to only a few menus (Time sheet, Time project, Manage Time and Report)
i don't have access to subscription or even the "coresuite time" menu. How can I get it ?

OK, I realize all the menus are just somewere else directly in SAP menu.
It would be great if coresystems can update their on line help on their product as it seems the help is about an older version...
