SAP DON?T

I have a problem with a customer.
One of his SAP user when add a Delivery obtains two prints, one of coresuite and it is ok and one of SAP and this one it is not ok.

ON CORESUITE PRINTDEFINITION --> PRINT AFTER SAVE --> THE PROPERTY IS FLAGGED (ok)

ON SAP --> ADMINISTRATION --> PRINT PREFERENCIES --> PER DOCUMENT --> (DELIVERY) --> THE PROPERTY "WHEN ADDING DOCUMENT: PRINT DOCUMENT"
IS NOT CHECKED.

I have just tried to recreate the SAP user, and this user is a sap superuser.

All other SAP user when add a Delivery obtain correctly only the coresuite print.

What can I do to resolve the problem???

I didn't encounter such an issue.
I recommend to ask in B1 Forums, maybe it's an common issue.
