Stocktransfer

Hi,
when i add an effort in coresuite time and i need material, the material is often not available in the wharehouse i need.
Sometimes i have to do a stocktransfer from one wharehouse to another,
before i can execute my effort.
Does somebody know if this workflow is included in coresuite time or how do i have to do thsi ?
