Calls don't close after invoice

When we doing the billing wizard and prupose to close the servicecall after being invoiced the call don't close because the responsible person of the call is (in) a queue.For the time being i will close the calls manually.
Maybe there's a possibility after the billing wizard the call giving the status closed + set on the responsible person. :P
